Simple... it was forced... Africans, Aborigini's, Indians and all people of color (cause we are all the same blood... whites use national locations and markers like flags, and songs to seperate us... and yes we fall for it...indepedent? independent of whom?)
to accept Christianity. I'm sure your familiar with this. AS far as blacks in this country... it was forced on us through slavery... Kunta Kentae was Muslim and spoke Arabic as did most slaves who were brought into this country. In any event, there's your answer.
