Yes yes yes preaching to the choir reverend but what I am saying is they are not going to change their ideal because it would be dvastating to their own cultural psyche. Do you really think people would ever admit that a diety they consider holy had anything to do with the people they conquered. Outside of holier than thou attitudes like I saved you from your heathen ways they are not going to even look in the direction of such statements even when provided with material. The trick is to get the conquered people to understand that these pictures in their church is the equalvalent of idol worship with man made images representing the divine thus taking away from the over all meaning.
