fyi, it is well noted that the apostles did not write ANY of the 4 Gospels themselves. The books were written at a minimum of 60 years after the passing of the Messiah. Bible scholars know and accept this. The names of the apostles were used to provide credibility as authors. Some of the gospels share the same source text. If you research New Testament Bible history enough, you'll find this to be true. Give me 2 days to actually provide my references. The current Christian bible was compiled due to a number of decisions at the Counil of Nicea by the Catholic Church, and numerous other gospel accounts were omitted for varying reasons.
