NO lectures, just sit and talk to them like your talking to one of your peers(and Listen too!). You can set the topic or let the kids decide what they want to talk about and let it go from there.You can give some positve feedback and get your point across without coming off as too preachy.( Nobody like a sermom outside of church) Plus,It's fun!I'm SLMAO from a conversation I had with my little cousin a month ago.
