For me being black is just being black. I have sense of self so I dont give a f#*$ what people say or do. When I stand near a white guy in the lunch line and hear him all of a sudden singing some nelly shit. I know he just trying to show me hes down. The extra whassup dog, corny dap, and purposeful unarticulation(if thats a word) just lets me know that that white guys just frontin. I hold more respect for white guys who talk to me without the bullshit. The ones with sense of self, not trying to show or prove something. I hold that philosophy to everyone i meet.
