Gravity existed before Newton too, it just didn't have a name. Besides, Marx talks about past cultures and their transition from: primative communism to slavery to feudalism to capitalism to socialism and eventually communism. Even Africa has followed this path, albeit most of it was forced by Europeans.
*By the way, how much Marx and Engels have you read? You must be well versed to claim that their work was stolen.*
