well, some would say that there are universal concepts in most, if not all, religious systems (i.e. the golden rule, tenets similar to the ten commandments, the morals of certain parables/myths, etc). would you agree or disagree? and if you agree, if one person were to adhere to those universal rules, would they really be "wrong"? Just something to think about.

What are you basing this on? What is wrong, for example, with the idea that there are many truths, but one God. i.e, One Being created the Universe, but because we as people were given free will/evolved in different climates/etc, we all interpreted the truth of this Creator in different ways. So while some may call Buddha, some Allah, and some Jehovah, we are all really appealing to the same benevolent force.
