and most youth (black, white,latino, asian, whatever) become discouraged early on knowing that they cant afford it, thereby reducing their desire to do good in school, therby reducing their ability to "be" good, thereby making them "bad", thereby making them do what they do, thereby landing them in jail or a morgue, thereby fufilling the desires of those who didnt, dont, and wont desire to see them do any better than what they have done!
