Of course they pay taxes. Your seeking to stem the growth of other ethnic groups because you think blacks aren't keeping up with them. If blacks opened the businesses first there would be no room for other ethnic groups to move in.

Kid, you don't know where I've come from and where I've been. Why you gotta personalize shit? I'm actually playing the devil's advocate with a lot of shit...trying to spark your mind. Obviuosly it worked. My point is: complaining will get you nowhere, community building will get you everywhere.
