What makes you think that all that will be given is susbidies. I didn't say that you just give away your money. That's stupidity. You CULTIVATE your capital to build a stronger foundation. Say you build a supermarket in your neighborhood, employing people within the neighborhood...and using the profits to establish other neighborhood programs.
