if you have money you can live anywhere well at or above the same standard as in america.

if you're poor or middle class AND soft, then western europe, scandanavia and north america (excluding mexico) would be your best places to live.

if you havent lived in a "less developed" environment before, dont even try it unless you know what you are getting into..........it's incredible how "soft" many westerners are. somebody brought up the topic of what you do if america was attacked. a better question to me is what would americans do if they lost the ability to use their appliances and other luxuries.

more people probably die that way.............
