Get a group of like minded individuals who share the same belief and are about handlin bid'ness(yeah, no typo). Try to make sure no two are the same and not share the exact same professional expertise. When this is done go about finding out which avenue is best suited for the roup to start at first. Be it economic, educational, political, scientific, etc. Y'al must find one where there is less work to be done yet are closest to ahieving that goal. By doing this, you can have already in place a base from which you can "attack" all other areas, rather a starting point.

Once you get these individuals together and y'all come to a consensous(sp) of where to start, you have to make sure everybody is involved and is used properly. By that, I mean that everybody included is informed on the decisions and strategy with their input warranted to the best of their ability as well as how it is factored into the collecive's final choice.
