hmmmmmmmmm, that one is gone be difficult, because i'm not in the trenches with yall.....but your mission statement should touch on all the things you want your organization to accomplish...

for example:

our organization's mission is to promote education by teaching black folks about their history and holistic ways of living so that they may love and have pride in themselves therefore strengthening familial bonds...

that's a rough rough....but hopefuly that will get the wheels of change rolling.....
