you can't be serious. ghettos were created and their existence continues. they are one of the most blantantly racist symbols of modern american society. i pay taxes and the government uses them for what? for weapons of destruction, foreign manipulation, wars... what the fuck for? why do you think they don't invest in the ghettos? they do have the money to, they fuckin do cuz don't tell me all those government assholes need all that money and all those perks. they need ghettos. it keeps a good portion of their citizens imprisoned and incapicitated and that is exactly what they want you to be.
