now thats some shit i know about. and yeah, it is a struggle. struggle in the sense that we wanna be individuals but at the same time, anyone who knows anything about it will be torn cuz that word has some real dirty conotations. so we wanna belong to a whole but its hard, cuz usually when we speak of the whole/mass conciousness that includes shit like bein whipped into shopping at the gap, upholding all the bullshit this society is built upon and so on... and i don't wanna do that either. its fuckin hard.

but i know what you're sayin bout the simple things, goin to the movies, hangin out with your friends, drinkin a beer at the bar... etc. HEGEMONY right?
