i think that just admitting the whole slavery issue and it's long term effects on the people(white and black)would be a tremendous start. Damn the money!!!!!!!!after getting the government to recognize that a problem exist we could use whateva money, land, power to equalize the gap between the peoples. we still got seeds to raise here. We can finally have some real stake in this pie(without having to comprimise the new afro american culture we've created)
