Looks like the Bulls got something happening here...Bogans gets pulled off the court......Rumors are they are talking to J. Crawford's people for a deal involving Bogans, Korver, plus our first round draft pick....AND the Bulls are truing to sign Rip Hamilton on the cheap, who just got bought out of his contract...If we get BOTH of those guys, the Bulls will be scary...

Minutes before the Chicago Bulls were to stage their first practice of training camp, Keith Bogans was pulled off the practice floor, according to a league source.

The Bulls hold a $1.73 million team option on Bogans, who started all 82 games at shooting guard last season. According to league sources, Bogans' contract officially is non-guaranteed and above the league minimum. With the Bulls exploring other shooting guard options, management is being careful and preventing Bogans from sustaining an injury.

Bogans' non-guaranteed contract would be a chip in a larger trade to upgrade the shooting guard position.

Nevertheless, Bogans, who has been working out at the Berto Center for the last week, wasn't happy with the move, according to a source.

The Bulls remain in contact with free agent guards such as Jason Richardson and Jamal Crawford and, according to a source, touched base with Vince Carter's camp on Friday, the day Carter officially got waived by the Phoenix Suns.

The Pistons bought out Richard Hamilton, although the Bulls have been cool on him in the past.
