Ellison said, "I'll pay 70 million over the valuation to get this team and move them to San Jose, a bigger market."
The NBA said no. We'll buy the team so we can keep them in this smaller market that's already proven once that they couldn't support an NBA team.
The NBA had a chance to have one of the richest men in the world and a man who throws around millions like it's nothing (in other words, the IDEAL owner) take over the team and move it to a competitive market and they opted for this clusterfuck of a situation.
Ridiculous.
