Team director of football operations - Brian Voltolini
Voltolini has worked on a Meyer staff for nine seasons, starting with Meyer's first head coaching position in 2001 at Bowling Green State University. He spent two years there, working as video coordinator with additional responsibilities in the area of operations, before moving on to the University of Utah with Meyer.

Team director of player personnel - Mark Pantoni
Pantoni has worked at the University of Florida for the past five years, and he has had direct responsibilities as a recruiting program coordinator for the past two seasons, including serving as the director of football administration from March of this year through the end of the regular season.

SPEEEEEED,Strength and Conditioning Coach - Mickey Marotti
Marotti, the director of strength and conditioning, came to Florida in 2005 when Meyer was hired and has known him for at least 20 years. The two were graduate assistants at Ohio State in the late 1980s, and Meyer and Marotti coached together at Notre Dame in the late 1990s.






COORDINATORS:

OFFENSE- Tom Herman & Urban Meyer
Herman, 35, has served as Iowa State’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach the past three seasons. Herman favors a spread attack, also the preferred offense of Meyer. Herman is the first confirmed member of Meyer’s new staff.

“Tom Herman has one of the bright young minds in college football,” Meyer said in a statement released by Ohio State. “His philosophies are very similar to those of my own. I spoke to numerous colleagues about Tom and all had great things to say about him. I enjoyed our time together during the interview process and I am excited to have him on the staff.”

DEFENSE- Luke Fickell/Everett Withers

Everett Withers was named Carolina's interim head coach on July 28, 2011. Withers is in his 24th season as a coach and has experience at both the professional and college level. He has served as Carolina's defensive coordinator and secondary coach the last three seasons.

RB- Stan Drayton

Stan Drayton came to Ohio State from Florida, where he served as the Gators' running backs coach and recruiting coordinator during the 2010 season; he also served as Florida's running backs coach from 2005-07, and held the same position at SEC schools Tennessee (2008) and Mississippi State (2004). He is a past nominee for the AFCA Assistant Coach of the Year award, and was recognized by Rivals as one of the nation's top 25 recruiters.

TE- Tim Hinton (supposedly)
Tim Hinton enters his 30th year of coaching, including 16 years at the collegiate level, and second as the Notre Dame running backs coach. He was an assistant coach the last six seasons at Cincinnati and served as the Bearcats' running backs coach in five of those years.

CB- Taver Johnson
Taver Johnson is in his fourth year as coach of the Ohio State cornerbacks. He joined Jim Tressel's coaching staff in March, 2007. He and Paul Haynes were finalists for FootballScoop.com's 2008, 2009 defensive back coach of the year award.
