If he wins a title with these slow plodding Ohio boys (even though Urban recruited some of them) then he's proven he can win with players built for a different offense. If he doesn't then that buys him time to assemble a team to his liking.
>he won 2 titles at UF primarily with someone else's players. >his recruits are cycling through the program now and we can >all see the result. he recruited WAC players to play SEC >football.
or maybe because you have no upperclassmen, and Charlie Weis as your OC. Meyer left you with top 5 recruiting classes (players that were recruited by EVERYBODY). Stop crying.
>that'll work fine for Big-10 titles that no one outside >Colombus or Ann Arbor care about, but OSU's in for a whole >string of '06 flashbacks if they make it to the national >championship game.
Cool.
>you don't recruit the south, you don't win. period. and Urbs >just made it a whole lot harder on himself to get quality >players out of that region.
He'll recruit the south just fine. I don't see how going to a school with more money, a larger fan base, richer tradition, a historic stadium, and great facilities is making it harder on himself.
