But yeah, pretty much co-sign on everything you said. Injuries or not, the season is slipping away from us right now. And we have to be able to scratch a win or two against at least some of these teams. If we can't get right against the Royals, then I don't know what to tell you. 'Cause after that it's Texas, and then interleague, which we haven't been nearly as good at as we used to.

I agree it's time to just make Cook the closer and be done with it. I'm not QUITE ready to give up Pennington (I still think last season shows he can put something together) but the time my be soon at hand.
