Compare the Vernon Davis of now to Vernon Davis of yesteryear, and it's like night and day. The old VD had his head up his ass and he was wasting his talent. This one is generally focused.

Otherwise, in terms of players? Not seeing. The defensive players are all hard-nosed, bust-your-ass cats without major attitude problems.

Yeah, Harbaugh can be a bit abrasive. But he doesn't spout bulletin-board material like Rex Ryan. He's intense and he gets the players to buy what he's selling. Of course, that'll only working as long as they're winning, but if we can keep the core together, we could keep doing that for a while.
