How much better is the roster than when Shanahan started?

Outside of the seemingly brilliant move of getting Bob, what optimism do you feel for the other 52 players or 21 starters?

IMO, this is what I expected with Shanahan. A few good moves, especially on offense, but overall the man is simply not a successful personnel guy.

For media image sake I might not fire him right now, but if this team continues to lose double digit games and finish in last or third place, I don't see how much longer you can keep him beyond this year OR next year.
