RG3 almost literally couldn't be playing better as a rookie QB.
Morris, London, Trent, and a few other guys are huge players.
Everyone else needs to be replaced.
This team will struggle to go 8-8 until the defense, WRs and OL improve (in that order, IMO).
This is Shahanan's ship from top to bottom, so he needs to fix it.
