this goes back awhile.
also he may have preferred gano (per the sports junkies. FWIW, Lurch is apparently is close to Smith).
anyway, this is what happens when you pick up a guy that was cut by a better team. obviously the ravens knew what they were doing. the same thing happens when we pick up eagles players.
