His technique isn't that great. he's still young enough with some coaching and someone committing to him that he'll grow into a better player. They really wanted him to take the next step here and he just never did.
He's a middle round player that you just expected to become a consistent contributor but because of injuries he was forced to play a larger role then was intended.
He's not bad, he hustles but he's not a #1.
