Wake Forest won the conference and NC State can beat you on any given day.

In the SEC if a team overlooks Ole Miss in a down year or Vandy, them niggas WILL beat you.

The same is true in the ACC and, lately, in the Pac-10 too.

It's not about that team being a great team or even a very good team. It's about them being a decent team with enough athletes to give you problems if you're not on point.

You can't roll your helmet out on the field and beat BC, NC State or Wake or Tech (even last year) or fucking Clemson. It aint happening.

There was only one chump team in that conference over the past decade and that's Duke.

You aren't playing one team a week. You're playing a SEASON. IF you cant take a week off to prep for the next team, or rest injuries, you're grinding all season even if you're better than a the next week's opponent.

Compare that shit to the Big East when Miami was in it.
