And since you're looking pretty shallow at the whole thing, what did Russell have at LSU that he doesn't/didn't have in the pros?

- Talent at the skill positions (with the exception of running back, the cupboard has been bare for us, especially WR)

- Offensive line protection/discipline. You say yourself that you don't watch Raider games, well, we have one of the worst offensive lines in terms of protection and discipline. We allow too many sacks, and there are too many penalties for holding and especially false start. Too many drives and plays brought to a halt behind those.

- A defense that can give the offense the help it needs to thrive. Football is a team game. If your defense can't get a stop and get itself off the field, then your offense sits and cools. A chilled offense is not good, it's not hard to understand if you actually played ball.
