The Department of Public Welfare - failed! ( investigated him in 1998 ..he should have been registered as a sex offender at that time)
The mother of victim 6- failed!( approached Sandusky and told him to promise her that he would never touch boys again. WTF?!)
The janitors - failed!( concerned about their jobs)
The university police- failed!( should have went to other police agencies or the newspaper when the DA told him to close the investigation)
The district attorney - failed! ( fuck you close the investigation for?)
