You surprised me a little because I thought you were going to use the "closer" argument. I totally agree that great players are going to have to step up and win some games in your run.... but that doesn't mean that situation will present itself in every game. There are times when it's just not going to be there and to force it is bad basketball. Right there is my problem with the way people watch the game today. They expect a player like Kobe to be able to "take over" at any given moment... the players know this too and imo it's ruined the game. The stars today don't just play the game on the court... they play it with an eye on what the commentary will be once the game is over. The two don't always sync up when it comes to playing the game the right way. I feel like the media stays trying to talk James into being something he's not.
