Thier option was run a 3 hour show they planned pretending the CEO was dead
or cancel the show and just turn it to a tribute
There was no other option, they had too little time to create a whole new 3 hour show, all they knew at the time was a man they all loved and his family was dead.
They made the right choice at the right time, today is a whole new day
