Both you and him were talking about a what if scenario if the Yankees didn't have the ability to pay the highest salaries and the if makes no sense because the entire franchise would be changed. Now you're bringing up the Mets, which wasn't even part of the discussion and the fact that the Yankees can cover up deficiencies with is the whole fucking point, they can so there is no reason to discuss "ifs" until they do not have the money and have to. I feel sorry for whoever hands you a paycheck, it's almost as if you just wanted to type all of that shit out without paying any attention to context or relevance to whatever (non)point you were trying to make.
