...is d'wade, one of the leagues brightest up and coming stars, a player who's nowhere near his prime, gonna stick on with a miami team that's got 46M locked up in shaq, j-will, walker, and haslem through '07/08? and 29M locked up in shaq, walker, and haslem through '08/09?

...if payton and malone can't coattail-ride (like whoo-riding, but much more pussyfied) their way to a title this year, (what'll that be, three years running for each?) are they gonna stick around again, slowing down the team and metastasizing in the locker room?

...the heat's 08/09 guaranteed contract payout is already half what it is this year, and that's just locked up in ~three~ players. are they gonna be able to pay wade what he'll be able to command ~and~ get help enough to where an aging shaq can play the fewer and fewer minutes he'll be capable of? he's playing 30.6 minutes a game this season and he's not gonna get better. he's gonna get slower and slower and likely more injury prone unless he's somehow more motivated to stay in shape over the summer. (fat chance... pun intended)

...so what's wade gonna do, come july '07? is he gonna stick about with the big butterstick, antoine "fat person trapped in an athletic person's body" walker, and u-has? does he bolt? does he "pull a kobe" and use the threat of free agency to manipulate riles & co into giving him a solid base?

...also... if the mavs go up 3-0 and shaq's response during postgame talks is "give me the damn ball!", is kobe vindicated?
