9 or 10 teams per conference...with a 1 game play in...best of 3 for the winner vs 8...
I like your idea
Have international leagues...and give the winners the 9 and 10 slots...vs the NBA...
The series would have to be in the states though...
Maybe they could use a market like SEA for a home game
