We know what Luke has been exposed to in GS but the question becomes does exposure to something (in this case building a certain culture and team attitude, and in the W's case, much of that culture and effort change was already implemented by Marc Jackson which Kerr built on) correlate with actually being able to foster it yourself?

I personally believe Luke has the wherewithal and understanding of organization/psychosocial factors that go beyond just the game to implement that type of culture change. As you said with Messina, he further lends a hand in that organizational change and brings with him some serious tactical X's and O's ability to complement Luke's player management and development. That brain trust would be absolutely incredible imo
