I like it so far. I also see splashing (and an air ball).

I also see that Barnes is nearly going full Starks. You never go full Starks. Or every shot he takes feels like one of those Charles Smith putbacks...after a while, you kinda know nothing's gonna fall.
106827, Starks game 7...Anderson 4 missed FTS......Barnes game 5,6....now 7?
Posted by DJR, Sun Jun-19-16 07:28 PM
He's choking on an incredible level. All kinds of good opportunities and he cant throw a rock in the ocean. For his sake, I hope he turns it around and gets a few to drop.

Posted by Amritsar, Sun Jun-19-16 08:26 PM
some of those feeds to TT and open shooters. Kept our defense scrambling

Dubs are just doing a great job playing the passing lanes
106900, No coincidence that GS makes their run when Cle goes iso ball
Posted by LA2Philly, Sun Jun-19-16 08:17 PM
11-4 run to end the quarter...Kyrie forcing isos and Lebron having to iso after no ball movement.
106901, Wonder if Lue
Posted by Numba_33, Sun Jun-19-16 08:22 PM
will try and use screens and force the Warriors to switch Curry onto him since he has three fouls and all. In the prior two games, Lue made is more of a priority to attack Curry by forcing him to guard Kyrie on the wing, where he's pretty weak. Hopefully he'll adjust to playing defense with his feet and not with his hands so much.
106902, curry need to play d with his hands in his pocket.

but the mvp shares the most of the blame. he gonna need to reinvent himself again in the offseason as a top tier defender AND get bigger to be able to be more physical.

i think the grind of the record season did it. still a fantastic year. but this should leave a bad taste in all of their mouths.

or, y'know, make some ridiculous free agent move with all that new cap space

they are very obviously exactly ZERO parts away from another title. things just broke Cleveland's way.

Very interesting to see how both teams play this offseason out. Like I said back in Game 3 or Game 4, I really hope we get a rubber match of this series next year.

Great game by Draymond. No one else brought it.

Person I'm most annoyed at right now is Ezeli. Kid was uncomfortable out there from the beginning and shouldn't have been in late.

Like I said, better luck next year.
107082, Yeh, imo the critical moment was that Ezeli foul on the 3

Warriors up 4 and that possession was dead in the water w the shot clock winding down...potential to go up 6 or 7 late but instead Cavs cut it to 1.

i know that feeling.

i still am a Lebron hater, but i respect what he achieved for the area he's from. that's commendable.

again, Dubs choked so hard.

i'm curious what choking will do for Curry's game. he can improve in some areas (could get stronger, for instance).

But it was a tradition with David Stern, it'd be awkward if the NBA commissioner weren't booed at this point.

It won't feel real until Silver relishes the boos the way Stern did, though. I know Stern was watching from the luxury suite, shaking his head on some "work on that smirk, Adam"

it's an upset on paper. but the GOAT?

lol.
107124, when you factor in it being 3-1 at one point, yes
Posted by Oak27, Mon Jun-20-16 01:34 AM
107125, i mean...that should be factored in...
Posted by PROMO, Mon Jun-20-16 01:40 AM
but then you also have to factor in the loss of Draymond for Game 5.

then the loss of Bogut in Game 6 and the injury to Iggy.

then Bogut's absence, which was glaring in Game 7.

it's an upset, but Giants over Patriots is WAY bigger IMO. it literally took a miracle.
107126, losing Bogut will actually help GS - PROMO (c)

107127, Yes, I was wrong about that.
Posted by PROMO, Mon Jun-20-16 08:51 AM
I didnt factor in his availability for rotational purposes (especially compared to Ezeli/Varejao...good god). I was moreso wrapped up in them playing their "death" lineup more with Bogut out, thus the statement.

Why u tryin to play me tho?

one game on a neutral field with a miracle play does not equal being down 3-1 and beating the 73 win team twice on their home court, while making the MVP look like dogshit. A sports city that hasn't won in over 50 years too. This is bigger.
107131, you're totally right and I'm surprised there's a debate.
Posted by Tiger Woods, Mon Jun-20-16 08:46 AM
107132, there's no debate here...
Posted by CyrenYoung, Mon Jun-20-16 11:58 AM
..the closest thing to this incredible comeback victory would be the redsox dramatic comeback against the yankees (and even then, the redsox had a history of winning that preceded that horrible curse/drought).

the cavs have no history of winning. this was a team (and a city) starved for something... ANYTHING.

and they made it hard on themselves, taking the hardest route possible, against a team that made history by winning 73 games AND completing an incredible comeback of their own in the wcf. that can't/shouldn't be discounted.

injuries are a part of the game, not excuses.

greatest comeback of all time.

two equally woebegone franchises overcoming the steepest of odds. I give the Cavs comeback the edge over the Sox because the Cavs were pitted against a historically great opponent.
107134, As a Giants fan I am in complete agreement
