In Kelly's last year at Oregon they ran 81.4 plays per game for ave TOP of 28:04. That comes out to 2.89 plays per minute of possession. Despite the fact that more than a THIRD of their plays went for first downs and stopped the game clock as per college rules, 2012 Oregon only ran 0.26 more plays per minute of posession than the Eagles are running today in the NFL where first downs dont stop the game clock. So the second lie is now exposed. Philadelphia is not running plays slower than Kelly's Oregon teams did, they just dont have the luxury of clock stoppages after 1st downs.
