but anyway, this ain't really big news as far as I can tell.
Lance still has reaped all the financial rewards from winning those 7 Tours, he just decided he didn't want to spend that money fighting this case.
He'll still claim he wasn't doping, anyone with sense already believes/knows he was but still there will be no smoking-gun in the form of a positive test and he'll be spared the extended ignominy of a trial.
