Like you said Truth, this didn't just start happening in the 90's. He started his foundation back in 77 so you know this has been going on for decades. JoePa coached this guy at PSU and then helped him through the coaching ranks and build his career, JoePa knew this man for decades, he had to have been a bit suspicious or heard some whispers. No way did a switch just flip in this guy and he just starts doing this in the 90's.
