First of all I'd like to say thanks, okay has been a major influence on me and my artistic growth, not only lyrically, but visually its helped me develop an open mind and this has helped me to produce artistic works, as I study art, and of course, produce verses that I thought was beyond my capability.

I'd like to get down to the point and deliver my first verse, which is originally from a song I penned, but has been edited for specific reasons...

London Eye:

Through the cracked windows, wind groans and tower blocks,
is this figure whose concealed by thick chains and pad locks,
gangs flock from the sound of the sirens,
which indicate the violence,
as tyrants escape by clocking mileage,
and at sun fall shit gets heavy on the eyelids,
admiring the silence, for one or two minutes,
then gun shots intervene the sound barrier from distance,
piercing the image of this 'tourist attraction',
but out here in north, the code of the streets,
is hand held cannons and the gumption to speak,
I'm belligerent to preach, rebel against the beast,
that lurks in the gutters and utter words of reek,
and havoc, so I heed be aware of this place,
called London, so called capital of UK,
you may visit if you choose, I advise you stay away,
aint a place you've ever seen or a place you can relate,
only thing we have common is the sky...
these are the sights seen from the view of a London Eye.

The Genesis:


My coming of age was written in ancient scriptures,
Manifested by pictures, glyphs and well respected myths,
Convinced I was a fable, but physically my presence is stable,
And I'm balanced like tight roping on cables,
My cadence supports my status, whether signed to a label,
Or spitting wisdom to the streets, my purpose far from worthless,
Since my days in the cradle, ingesting air through my nasal,
It was known that once grown I would conquer the globe,
As I unfold from this state of origami,
My story is told,
The prophecy grows in forms never sloppy,
In the eye of the storm,
This war torn god sent lyricist was born to reform humanity,
I stand manly as an activist, freedom fighting passionate,
Equipped with a Manuscript to feed to masses, imagine it,
I stand immaculate on a pulpit as an undergraduate,
speak universal dialect you fail to dissect,
So I put it in street code, drop a beat and then implode,
Sit back and watch a 17 year old explode.

Perilous propaganda producing prestigious popularity,
popping fassys for salary,
proper popping off cavalry,
penetrate your forces,examine the technicality,
prescribed was Ak the freedom fighter from north,
pen this intrusion pushing for a revolution,
problem solver revolver put one through your shoulder,
persistent when sober, "Brown im taking over",
pursue pole position in this battle for power,
progressively you cower as i press on by the hour,
plead for mercy as I tower of your presence,
present you with a treaty, bitch throw down hands,
power is victory in the time of sands.

Step up


I wanna step up and reach,
excel beyond the heights of Everest's peak,
forever I seek,
for a getaway vehicle to lead into the cosmic,
I dream a blueprint but it don't fit the logic,
so I'm trapped behind bars,
gazing through double glazing at the brightest stars whilst I strap the tightest bars,
knowing their confined in the deepness of this dungeon,
losing sanity for gravity, success in moderation,
but my occupation now is self evaluation,
my state of mind is questioned like a woman in menstruation,
so I'm patient but I aint getting any younger,
and as time grows so does my hunger,
so I crave for airtime like a fiend craves for chronic,
I'm willing to do anything, driven by addiction,honest.

I wipe the tear from off my cheek,
and prepare myself to speak,
spit preach to the mic which I grapple from beneath,
hold the stand as weep,
shaky hands, burning feet,
confess my plans and ambitions over melancholic beats,
my mind, it never sleeps,
I'm forever in too deep,
so I treasure every moment like its the last,
I try postpone but its past,
whizzed by in a flash,
so I'm lost in emotion like a man lost at sea,
I battle waves, thunder storms and even summer breeze,
ice bergs, lost mines from world war past times,
and attempts to lift the anchor leave me drowning in my rhymes,
now I know that its my time for me to face reality,
but each time surreal surroundings over power me,
in the midst of it all, I can hear dead friends call,
so I try to escape but fall deeper in,
into this bottle of london dry gin,why cant I win?

financial status or ethnicity brothers,and sisters,
whether atheist or religious,
Islamic, Buddhist or Christian,
whether homeless or missing,
could be hopeless and willing,

Seen my way through the roughest days,
gun shots, jagged blades,
tattered tales of captured crooks in jail,
claim their living hell,
from PS3's to Nintendo Wii's,
and 50 inch flat screens,
all in a cell,
who denies this as living the life?
their living well,
and the cost of it was a human sacrifice,
cause nowadays a jail cell is like a Hilton hotel,
another way to fuck the system..

Pushed my limits past infinite,
pledged myself to this scrimmage,
with dynamic flow that's ever here like I'm vintage,
flawless lyrics, realist gimmicks,
seen life from the perspective of a window sill n,
parade around london in this celebrated mind,
but at the same time I Fall drastically on-line,
on okay i rhyme,
but in time i aim for the divine,
streching endlessly through this maze,
I grind hard, my skin grazed,
head scarred, mind barred,
so I gaze helplessly at stars,

I was dubbed Ak for high tempo word play,
verbal spray eternal vandal so I'm tighter than mangles,
ground breaking lyricism shrouds me in mysticism,
so my villainous vision encapsulates this composition,
and I'm wishing for a listen by a record exec,
so I can do what I love and receive a pay check,
pay me less, I dun care as long I grip mics,
and can distribute my vision through audio books,
accompanied with metaphors and illustrious hooks,
fuse my intellect with my retrospect of life,
influenced by many artists which urges me to write,
and pen till arthritis prevents use of my hands,

drop tops wit chrome spinners which shimmer in the summer light,

but instead, id rather grip a mic and spit blood,
bone tissue and tears, impose reality on peers,
cause yea, a beginner in the hood spitting verses,
has evolved,becomes more addictive than hershes,
resolved,i know this is what my mind sees,
deliver impeccable speach, but rhyming over beats.
