Caught inbetween the ticks & tocks
I do a body rock with my alarm-clock
In limbo with a dream & reality im locked
Inside the matrix waitin for a phone call
From some higher places
Instead i dodging secret agents
That hold the evil of the ages
Inside there palm-
Relax I calm myself into the memory of my mothers eyes
The oracle - alive and well - she resides
Deep in the words of everything I needed to hear
They bring forward every fear I refused to sing
It is then when the phone began to ring
I trembeled at the truth
See I wasn't use to having prayers answered from a booth
But I picked up the phone
Seems after all this time I wasn't alone...
