I can see this story played out as a sketch for the Twilight Zone... or The Outer Limits... It could possibly even stand up on it's own as a premise for a screenplay.

I was easily sucked into the plot. I found myself empathizing with the main character's compassion and love for Samora and her bleak situation... the ending left me wanting to know more, but it was still a good place to finish because just like life, ya never really know what's going to happen next... some of it's good, and some of it's bad, but you still have to LIVE and prepare for both...

Last night, this piece left me speechless, but today I seem to be able to convey my feelings a bit better. This piece has a meloncholy vibe to it, but it's also very uplifting and inspirational at the same time. This piece had a really profound effect on me.
