as such things that would invoke greatness
sit patiently on the tip on my tongue
silent I remain, contained in raptured awe
captured by the design time has spun

no law unbound frees me from this wonder
so I wander inside of myself, searching, needing
looking for the place where I can speak out
that place where I have found what I am seeking

the frayed rope of hope cloaks itself in dreams
shimmering darkness with ideas in a meme
repeated until greatness gives in, invoked as it would seem
by thought and thought alone, I have wrought my own deen.
