Ok so i'm in london so its all a bit detached, but i am a big DP fan and have seen most their shows here and sometimes the only white person there is a girl friend i may have taken, but at other times i've been the only remotely non white person at their shows...but anyway,as much as i love thier music,message and subscribe to the same influnces as them(Panthers, mal X) its hard coz they do appear to sometimes say things which people,(my friends) could find offensive, plus i'm mixed race, so as a long term fan and supporter, i've wondered how they would view me??i've met them they are nice guys, but some of the things they said, did leaving feeling a bit...mmm...uneasy.

they are lucky, there are sooo many talented cats out there whos voice won't ever be heard, so i feel that dp need to see that and not try and alianate the fans they have, what ever colour they are. also, where exactley are they going to take their sound? they where true (i asume) to themselves on the first record and it word really well, is it really worth compramiseing themsleves as artists?
