knowing someone personally who tours just about as hard as y'all do, i really believe the show ends when the performer is ready to end it. i've been to shows that seemed to draaaag and were relatively short timewise, and i've been to shows that leave me wanting more (like a roots show, the last radiohead show i went to), even though y'all had played for 2+ hours and radiohead played 20+ songs.

BUT, just in terms of the bottomline. if i pay $25-30 (or more) for a show, i expect it to be at least 90 minutes just in terms of getting my money's worth. 90 minutes is reasonable in terms of getting to hear a survey of the catalog, the latest hits, and for the requisite tomfoolery/showman jive in between songs...
