The Roots are the reason I found the love of my life. Before Questo and The Roots I only listened to what was on the radio. But I remember back in 1999 when I was in 9th grade,comming home from a basketball game turned to Rap City Top 10 countdown and saw " You Got Me". I then knew I had to buy the cd. So the next night while I was @ my hang out the mall I spent ALL my money on the " Things Fall Apart" cd. And tracks like "Act Too", and "Adrenaline" became my favorites. If it wasn't for The Roots I wouldn't be able to appericate music in the sense that I do today. But I said all of that to say I appericate your work, and i think alot of other Okayplayers do as well. So don't let a few assholes drive you off of your site. But if you do go, im going with you.
