who's the one exec (label boss/bean counter/lawyer) that you'd rather not tangle with in business... When I moved to NYC a few years ago I tried to negotiate a contract w/ Londell McMillan. Knowing his history w/ P, the Lox, Roberta etc, I was a bit star-shook into being unable to stand up hard for my points, ended up walking away from the deal (an exchange goes "I want *this*". him (his people): "it's nice to want, isn't it?")

Could be "shook", could be exec's "other ties" (one famous production duo threatened the life of my friend/producer/their ghost producer when he wanted to jump out doing solo production), etc...
