You know I was actually agreeing with MTV with every artist until I saw Snoop's name on there. To be an MC is truly a title that many rappers take for granted....I could never put Snoop and MC in the same category.. Sorry.

Oh yeah, and I know Little Brother hasn't been out for more than five years, but..............Phontae's name definitely deserves to be on that list.
