you sound like someone who has an opinion.. .but hasn't read up on it. It has little to do with my logic... it's history.
Of course you won't find this in white institutions cause they believe in seperating people of color... it's how they win.

The truth is.. everyone is African... however, let's not go there...
read up on Native American culture and African culture...
