There is nothing inherently wrong with an MC doing commericials. I have always love the Common Jordan adds. But this Gap ad blows for two reasons

1.) Its extremely Corny. If you love it, I bet you and me became Common Fans at two different points in his career.

2.) THey have tailored his message. Like I said, there is nothing wrong with doing a commercial and in the psat his commercials have been tasteful because its usually him doing his thing and then they throw a coca-cola label or Nike Label on the end of the commercial so people will make the association. However in this instance he is really shilling for the product and tailoring his message with "Peace, Love, and GAP"? C'mon.

I can't respect the opinion of those who love the ad. I ain't mad at him for doing because its honest work, but lets not pretend like the ish is dope.
